Izabela Kawczynski

Certified Leadership, Performance and Communication Coach.

She completed the Brain-Based Coaching program at the “NeuroLeadership Institute” in London and is certified as a Brain-Based Coach, an approach is rooted in contemporary neuroscience that draws on the latest information about brain function.

She spent over 15 years working in B2B sales and senior management roles for several International HR Services organizations, and is currently the European Project Manager for a successful American-based pharmaceutical company.

She was born and raised in Chicago, USA.

Maja Wajda

She gained her professional experience managing teams in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary. In the areas of building engagement among employees she achieved the highest ratings (AON Hewitt ranking).

Since 2015 she has been working as a mentor and Executive Coach (International Coaching Certification). At work, she uses her managerial experience to help managers develop their potential – both personal and that of the organization.

Dorota Piekarczyk

She specializes in development coaching – in identifying talents and utilizing them effectively.

She is a certified psychologist, active in the field of organizational development management. Since 2004 she has been a coach certified by International Coaching Certification, and since 2015 a psychotherapist practicing the Lowen method. She conducts individual and group coaching programs for managers, senior executives, artists and public figures.

She co-founded the leadership development forum – CEO Round Table (www.ceoroundtable.pl) and the executive development program Wise&Young (www.wiseyoung.com).

Bees have inhabited the earth for many millions of years

It is they, not dinosaurs, who have survived the great cataclysms. Nature has never spared them challenges. But they managed to survive every crisis, to live, to work, to settle new lands, and so on, until the present day.

So we asked ourselves – what makes bees successful? What do they do, and what do they not do, that makes them such a well-coordinated and energetic community, able to cope efficiently with pandemics, climate change and destructive human activity?

We have searched for the answers in available literature, scientific research, with beekeepers, with Dr. Gąbka who runs the beekeeping department at SGGW. We have explored bee superpowers, which especially now, in the situation of health and economic crisis, can be a guide for us.

The analogy between a beehive and a company is obvious. The bee model, their way of dealing with crises, managing their own activity, ability to adapt to changes, are extremely inspiring and can help us a great deal in today’s reality. Bees are masters of adaptation. This is how the 3BEES MODEL was born.

What is the secret of their success?

It is a model of action! Compared to humans you could say “maximum action, minimum thinking”. Bees have had more time than us to learn from our mistakes, so it was worthwhile to take a look at the system they have been streamlining for millions of years.

A civilization based on constant growth at the expense of the environment and unbridled consumption is a road to nowhere. The challenge for us is to develop other models of life and development that are more sustainable and responsible in nature.

As nature is currently teaching us a lesson, why not learn from it?
